My Story

I founded Culturability Consulting with the belief that teams are a critical demographic where employees find community, gain new skills, and experience culture. Teams are often underserved, lost in company-wide initiatives that don't address their specific needs and supported by busy leaders and HRBPs who lack time and resources.

With 13 years of experience leading my own teams and guiding business units through change like M&As, IPOs, and exponential growth, I'm an expert coach and advisor who challenges perceptions, builds capabilities, and strengthens resilience. I build high-performing, happy teams by strategically focusing on culture and capability to create purposeful, sustainable change.

My mission is to make sure teams evolve meaningfully and effectively to achieve lasting success. I partner with leaders and HR departments, helping teams focus on their own people and processes so they can do and be their best.

My Approach

While common challenges exist for teams, I dig deep to understand the unique root causes for each team and leverage my holistic, systemic thinking approach to design and implement measurable, impactful solutions tailored to the specific needs of each team.

I believe lasting change happens when people are vulnerable, reflective, and motivated. I partner with leaders and team members to build psychological safety, helping them collectively look inward and develop grace, tenacity, and resilience in their mindsets and ways of working.
